Where: Horfield Methodist Church, Churchways Avenue, Horfield BS7 8SN (on Gloucester Road close to its junction with Filton Avenue)

Horfield Methodist Church is starting up a new group to encourage those with disabilities along their faith journey, together with those who support them.  We’re setting upWe will be holding a Through the Roof party to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of this amazing charity on Wednesday 13th September, starting at 1415 at Horfield Methodist Church, Churchways Avenue, Horfield BS7 8SN [on Gloucester Road close to its junction with Filton Avenue].  For more details, please email or call Colston Grady on 07778549687 this group in conjunction with the charity Through the Roof.

URGENT Notice!

Help is required on a Through the Roof Holiday

Dalesdown is a holiday offering respite to families with autistic children. This year 8 of the regular helpers are unable to come and they are desperate for some more helpers. A helper does not need any previous experience with autism. Just a willingness to learn and have fun playing with some very special kids. The parents are always around to support helpers when needed, but at the same time have a chance to rest and talk with other adults who understand their situation.

Enabling Church Conference: No Limits!

I’m pleased to say that they are now taking bookings for the Enabling Church conference No Limits.  This event is primarily aimed at all who work with children, families & youth and want to know more about supporting those who have additional needs and disabilities.

This conference is also highly recommended to those who usually come to the Churches for All/ Enabling church events.
